These Terms of Use apply to healthyheartprogram.com, which is owned and operated by Food and Health Communications, Inc. ("we," "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We sell heart health teaching materials for educators, health professionals and wellness programs, including program kits, posters, handouts and related products.

2. Orders and pricing

Prices and availability can change without notice. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error, and we will refund any payment for a canceled order. Organizations may pay by purchase order or check; please contact us.

3. Shipping and returns

Shipping times, return eligibility and how to request a return are on our Shipping and Returns page, which is part of these terms. Please contact us before sending any return so we can give you the correct return address. Please allow enough time for processing and carrier delivery. Carrier delivery times are estimates and are not always met, and we are not responsible for shipping costs or other costs if an order arrives later than you need it.

4. How you may use our materials

Buying a product lets you use it to teach and serve your own participants. Our designs and content remain ours. You may not copy, resell, republish or post them publicly online without our written permission.

5. Educational information only

Our materials are for general heart health and nutrition education. They are not medical advice and do not replace care from a doctor, dietitian or other qualified professional.

6. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape content, upload harmful code, or use the site for anything unlawful.
